Pop Up Picnic Hire

Our pop up picnic hire is available on the beautiful Gold Coast and can be held in both private residences and through booked council parkland sites. All pop up picnics have the option of DIY or full service set up. We offer our classic picnic hire, or picnic packages which are perfect for baby showers, bridal showers and hens parties.

Tablescape Hire

Our beautiful tableware is available to hire in styled collections or we can create a bespoke tablescape to suit your own theme. We provide everything you need for the perfect tabletop; including linen, glassware, flatware, crockery and table decorations all styled to match for up to 30 guests. Our tablescape hire can be arranged for DIY drop off or full service setup across the Gold Coast. Perfect for birthdays, elopements or corporate events. With a choice of two or three course settings, our tablescape hire is perfect for throwing the ultimate dinner party, long lunch or brunch with style!

Our proposal packages are fully customisable and can fit to your location and desired level of excitement, from an intimate sunset picnic in a secluded spot, to a fully catered affair all captured on film, we curate and co-ordinate the perfect way to pop the question.

We can tailor a styling package to your needs, complete with tablescape styling, fresh floral arrangements, mesh backdrop with neon signage and silk floral arrangements to suit your company colours or theme. Whether you’re looking for a corporate picnic to celebrate your staff, or simply add some flair to an event space, we can create something for you. Host Box Hire has worked with businesses like Novo Shoes, Opera on the Green, Monarc Lifestyle and Lovebuzz Events. We also offer private styling for events all over the Gold Coast, having created bespoke events at Little Truffle Restaurant, Q1, The Island, QT Gold Coast and the Acre Boomerang Farm.
